Requirements

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
Internship, part-time job, or early experience in business, sales, or customer service is a plus
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
Customer-first mindset and positive, team-oriented attitude
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
This position requires access to Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NOFORN). Candidates must provide proof of U.S. citizenship and confirm they do not hold dual citizenship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Manage and prioritize incoming requests, routing them to the appropriate sales team members
Review and process customer purchase orders with strong attention to detail
Create and maintain order documentation and customer records
Monitor customer portals to identify new sales opportunities
Identify and resolve order discrepancies (pricing, quantities, shipping details, etc.)
Support reporting and sales tracking activities
Learn company products and industry fundamentals through ongoing training
Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
