About The Position

Responsible for overseeing the complete range of inside sales activities within Ulbrich of Illinois. The essential duties and responsibilities include supervising staff and activities of the inside sales department to ensure that UOI's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals are achieved, managing assigned major customer accounts, and developing a proactive sales approach focused on new products and sales growth. The role also involves coordinating customer service activities with outside sales representatives, production, accounting, and order layout and scheduling. Additionally, the position requires gathering forecast data for MRP and inventory management, conducting weekly sales meetings, and providing necessary training and instruction to staff members.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Previous inside sales-outside sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Results-oriented sales professional.
• Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite products.
