The Inside Sales Manager will lead our team of Sales Development Representatives in generating revenue opportunities for our growing trailer leasing business. This role is responsible for managing a high performing inside sales team that focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and market research to build qualified pipelines for the outside sales organization. The ideal candidate is a strong motivator, coach, and data-driven leader who can align team performance with company growth goals.
