As part of the Cold Finish Group, the Inside Sales Manager will work closely with other departments and divisions to develop, build and grow cross-functional relationships both within the organization as well as with our external customers. This individual will organize and lead all commercial-related functions, including but not limited to: managing and developing our Inside Sales and Scheduling teams; traveling and supporting key accounts; developing, implementing, and measuring product mix and profitability improvement plans. This individual will champion our commercial activities, leverage the competitive strengths of Nucor to create value for our customers and ensure long term sustainable growth in share and profitability.Intermittent travel is required for this position. This role is not eligible for remotework. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Four year degree in business or minimum of five years of work experience in related field.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
