We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team! As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our inside sales team to acquire new target customers - small to medium sized insurance agencies and independent agents. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive and build pipeline, refine processes, and ensure seamless customer handoffs across the sales journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, and management of new and established sales professionals in a fast-paced and high growth environment. As a cultural leader, you will continue to foster an exceptional sales team culture built on accountability, and solution-based sales through continuous improvement, ongoing coaching and skills development. Compensation: $60,000-$80,000/year + commission. Employees, depending on their specific role, level and responsibilities, may be eligible to participate in company variable compensation or equity programs.

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-velocity team selling SaaS solutions to insurance agencies and independent agents.
  • Managing a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales cycle focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to track pipeline, measure performance, and improve team productivity.
  • Conducting ongoing coaching through quantitative KPI analysis, live demo feedback, and recorded call reviews.
  • Partnering closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to refine tools, processes, scripts, and objection-handling techniques that will enable your team's success
  • Creating and maintaining an energetic, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture.
  • Driving continuous improvement across sales through testing, data analysis, and iteration.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated inside sales success
  • 1+ years experience as a first-line manager leading a B2B inside sales team
  • Proven experience implementing change management
  • Experience selling SaaS products in a high-volume and rapidly changing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of proven sales methodologies, with experience improving scripts, talk tracks, and objection management.
  • High personal integrity and sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions even without perfect information.
  • Strong data fluency, with experience analyzing funnel metrics, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales enablement tools.
