About The Position

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths Full-Time | In-Office | Evening & Weekend Shifts Competitive Pay: Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses + Overrides. Total potential: $80,000 – $120,000+. We’re hiring a proven Inside Sales Manager to run our evening and weekend call center / appointment-setting team . This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll be on the sales floor leading 15–25 reps, coaching live calls, tracking KPIs, and driving performance daily.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inside sales / call center management.
• Strong background in phone sales, lead generation, and appointment setting .
• Must be available for evenings and weekends .

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate inside sales reps during evenings and weekends.
• Drive appointment setting, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
