About The Position

Connecting and Protecting People, Microwave Products Group (MPG) is a leading global provider of mission-critical engineered electronic components and subsystems comprised of five business units in six manufacturing locations. Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications-based specialty products - engineered components and subsystems - for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial. The Inside Sales Manager plays a critical role in supporting MPG's Business Development and Sales functions. This position is responsible for managing customer quotations, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, Business Development Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
