Grow your career as Inside Sales Manager for the Western Region within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for working alongside and assisting the Coastal and Mountain State BDMs, representing and selling Travel Impressions, Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations, United Vacations, Southwest Vacations, and Blue Sky Tours. Your specific focus will be a hybrid approach of admin support and sales. Your main functions will be to assist the BDM team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: following up on escalation issues, running reports and providing data analysis to help create strategy, tracking activities and updating cases in Salesforce, drafting email content for BDM emails, and communicating with agencies while BDM is on the road. You will also act as a New Growth Development Manager as you'll be assigned growth accounts to manage. Your focus will be in developing strong agency relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships with the objective of growing incremental revenue and profitability by providing superb customer service and communication. You will think like a BDM and take a consultative selling approach when analyzing data to identify where, and how we can gain share shift opportunities from our competition, leverage preferred relationships and follow up to execute engagement plans to grow incremental revenue. This role will take responsibility, alongside the BDM, to work as a team and find strategic ways to identify opportunity, overcome obstacles to secure business, and align to growth strategies company wide. The Inside Sales Managers ability to work closely with the BDM, their Director, and the Sales Support team, to learn and understand the territories, and identify ways to create efficiency for the BDM, the agency, and the company will be key to this role's success.
