About The Position

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) for the territory of Mexico plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of International Sales in all Falcon aircraft sales-related activities. This position is focused on developing new client opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ISM will be responsible for managing a database of customers and prospects, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at generating new sales leads. The ideal candidate must reside in Mexico and possess a strong understanding of the aviation industry, particularly Falcon aircraft and their competitive advantages. In this role, the ISM will assist the Director of Sales by maintaining and updating customer databases, tracking new sales prospects, and coordinating activities with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). The ISM will also be involved in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and pre-sale agreements, as well as conducting product presentations and facility tours. A deep knowledge of Falcon aircraft features, benefits, and competitor products is essential for effectively communicating with prospects and addressing their needs. The ISM will develop relationships with various departments within Dassault Falcon Jet, including Flight Operations, Marketing Services, and Customer Service, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings. Additionally, the ISM will participate in local industry functions to promote Falcon aircraft and provide sales forecasts for their assigned prospect base. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple deadlines under pressure, while also being detail-oriented and organized.
