We're seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care, to spearhead a team of talented Inside Sales Associates and Coordinators, guiding them from 'Lead to Order' and fueling revenue growth. As the Inside Sales Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care, you’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy, build customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Communications to deliver powerful solutions and insights. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales managerial experience; working with dietary supplements and pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales targets, utilizing CRM capabilities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing and analyzing customer lead effectiveness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as relationship building skills for interacting with internal and external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing field or science/technology required; food science degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and motivate a high performance inside sales team
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure team activities align with overall sales objectives
  • Ensure proper training and use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to implement consistent company practices
  • Assist in establishing, monitoring, and executing goals for revenue, growth, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Address performance issues appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Sell dsm-firmenich products directly to customers or through distribution channel in a designated area, achieving the respective budget targets in volume, price and Operational Expenditures (OPEX)
