Your role at a glance As Inside Client Lead you are part of our Enterprise Sales team and will work with the sales team to support sales efforts, quoting financial and order documentation of retail Colo orders placed on behalf of existing clients and new clients. Requirements

  • Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong customer service skills, as well as expertise in understanding customer business demands and technology requirements.
  • Ability to bridge customer needs to Data Center solutions
  • Strong contractual and commercial terms/conditions understanding
  • Strong aptitude, drive and discipline
  • Independent and self-directed
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
  • Must be able to consistently meet deadlines
  • High competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Reliability, sense of accountability, and team spirit
  • Strong customer and results orientation, a self-structured working style, ability to delegate, and communicate at all matrix levels
  • A high degree of independence and initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business preferred, or comparable qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Data Center, IT, or Telecommunications sector preferred.
  • Experience in client service, order management and/or proposal/bid management
  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in qualifying customer requirements for single cabinets or <6 rack cage environments
  • Manage the quoting process for new orders and/or post-sale contract adjustments
  • Management, creation and execution of client orders, contracts and projects, i.e. monitoring, coordination, execution of compliance requirements, and provisioning of services
  • Proactively support existing and new clients through the implementation process.
  • Perform issue management as client needs arise
  • Engage other departments when required to resolve issues.
  • Assist sales in contract negotiations of all standardized services
  • Milestone management throughout the implementation process, as well as compliance with deal approval processes
  • Engage Client Success and Commercial Desk teams when/where required to resolve issues
  • Use NTT’s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast
  • Management and recordkeeping within company CRM and other tools (e.g., Salesforce)
