We'd love for you to become part of our growing team! The Service Telesales Leader is responsible for the daily training and coaching of a team of Telesales Specialists. In this role, the candidate is also responsible for assuring the success of telesales functions, including outbound call campaigns, campaign timing, incoming lead responsiveness, pipeline management, and data entry accuracy; creating and supporting the team to meet or exceed performance targets that drive the service business strategy; maintaining and communicating monthly reporting; and occasional project management as needed.
