The Inside Sales Representative – Hydraulic & Instrumentation is at the center of the day-to-day sales activities responding to customer inquiries of varying complexity, developing offers, and entering and maintaining orders. In addition, this position handles all post-sales activities, including requests for paperwork, order status, customer complaints and acts as the liaison for quotes and orders between the US sales group and the Alleima production units and QA departments. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that production capabilities and product availability are aligned with customer demand. Having good knowledge of the product line’s customer and sales strategy, this position strategically prioritizes and handles incoming RFQs to maximize profitable order awards. Working closely with the Sales team, this position develops value propositions, collects market intelligence, and anticipates customer needs to strengthen Alleima’s position as a preferred supplier of H&I products with key accounts. The IS will occasionally visit customers as well as participate in select trade shows to promote the Alleima brand and products and develop new leads. This role will enter and maintain customer, opportunity and project records in Dynamics (CRM), collect and document competitive price and delivery feedback. All these responsibilities support the goal of achieving profitable growth for the product line and company. To be successful in this role, the Inside Sales Representative is a team-player with initiative and drive and someone who actively contributes to making Alleima the customer’s first choice. Knowledge and experience in MS Office 365, ERP and CRM systems are preferred. Accounts: H&I accounts as assigned. Backup for other accounts and product lines as assigned. Role Description Develop and execute customer account plans, identifying business drivers, stakeholders, and key activities. Engage directly with customers to close deals while gathering valuable market intelligence. Provide outstanding customer service to customers, partners and prospects. Manage the entire sales cycle, including analyzing RFQs, preparing offers, conducting contract reviews, processing orders, monitoring delivery schedules, expediting paperwork, and resolving customer complaints. Participate actively in daily business processes, collaborating with the sales team to make key decisions on offers, projects, and commercial agreements. Collaborate with Alleima production units and other departments to ensure offers and orders meet internal requirements and exceed customer expectations.
