Responsibilities
- Field and evaluate customer inquiries, typically handling 8-10 inbound calls per day.
- Establish rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and motivations.
- Document interactions to capture personal and financial insights for future communication.
- Educate and coach customers on products and services to enable informed decision-making.
- Manage a pipeline of potential customers at various stages of the refinancing journey.
- Share learnings with team members and contribute to team initiatives.
- Support peers through mentorship and feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in financial services or a sales environment, meeting quotas, metrics, or goals.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective sales and closing techniques with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent overall computer skills.
- Commitment to obtaining a NMLS License, with paid training provided.
