The Inside Sales position at Mr. Cooper involves helping customers navigate the journey of homeownership and refinancing. Responsibilities

  • Field and evaluate customer inquiries, typically handling 8-10 inbound calls per day.
  • Establish rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and motivations.
  • Document interactions to capture personal and financial insights for future communication.
  • Educate and coach customers on products and services to enable informed decision-making.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential customers at various stages of the refinancing journey.
  • Share learnings with team members and contribute to team initiatives.
  • Support peers through mentorship and feedback.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services or a sales environment, meeting quotas, metrics, or goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective sales and closing techniques with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent overall computer skills.
  • Commitment to obtaining a NMLS License, with paid training provided.
