About The Position

The inside sales representative is responsible for building relationships with customers. The inside sales representative will provide excellent service to customers and assist with any inquiries the customers may have. The inside sales representative is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and maintaining and expanding our database of prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Works well with others and as a team member.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferred, the company will provide industry specific training.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software (Excel specifically), email and phone systems.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound website or phone lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in our company.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
