About The Position

The position involves developing and maintaining coded player block through various channels such as direct mail, email, and telemarketing, while leveraging databases. The role requires active participation in telephone solicitation and coordination of personalized direct mailings for assigned markets. The individual will ensure a seamless handoff of guest pre-trip itineraries for flawless execution by the VIP Hospitality Team, while fully complying with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies. The candidate will respond to and consistently meet the needs of coded customers, support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions, and identify ways to increase efficiencies or improve products or services. Clear communication of programs and services to necessary stakeholders is essential, along with preparing project plans to aid in moving projects forward. The role demands strong knowledge of casino systems and a willingness to share information with team members and outside vendors. The candidate must demonstrate mastery of existing products and services, actively participate in department and company initiatives to drive sales and revenue, and display a willingness to teach and mentor others. Compliance with company expectations, including the Code of Commitment and industry regulations, is crucial. The individual must project warmth and enthusiasm, build rapport with customers, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
