About The Position

The Casino Sales Executive's primary role is to act as the growth engine for VIP marketing, focusing on outbound sales telemarketing to a diverse range of Caesars Entertainment customers. This position requires the development of strategic relationships with customers, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of casino systems and sales processes. The goal is to convert sales activities into casino trips, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the on-property service team. The Casino Sales Executive is expected to embody the Caesars Sales/Service model within VIP Marketing, promoting this model while building rapport with customers through commercial awareness and anticipating their needs in the creation of pre-trip itineraries. As an intuitive and creative problem solver, the Casino Sales Executive will strive to delight guests and confidently meet goals set by the management team. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining coded player blocks through various communication channels, including direct mail, email, and telemarketing. The role also involves coordinating personalized direct mailings for assigned markets and ensuring a seamless hand-off of guest pre-trip itineraries for flawless execution by the VIP Hospitality Team. Compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies is essential, as is conducting oneself with the highest levels of integrity and honesty. The Casino Sales Executive will respond to and consistently meet the needs of coded customers, support and cultivate new ideas for business solutions, and identify ways to increase efficiencies or improve products and services. Clear communication of programs and services to necessary stakeholders is crucial, as is keeping them informed of changes that may impact the business. The role requires preparation of project plans to aid in moving projects forward and a strong knowledge of casino systems such as LMS, CMS, SALESFORCE, EMS, SCHEDULER, and TICKET SAGE. The position also involves active participation in department and company initiatives to drive sales and revenue, as well as a willingness to teach, mentor, and share information with the team.
