About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Systems Engineer to support customer accounts within our Secure Power Division across the United States. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our customer-facing sales managers to develop customized solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. What's in it for you? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • General knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, precision cooling, IT rack layouts, and management software.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Experience in solutions design with a solid understanding of Secure Power Products.

  • Preferred engineering background.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging product presentations and lead insightful solution discovery conversations.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions for customer projects.
  • Review specifications and create compelling project proposals during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Prepare comprehensive submittal documentation following project awards.
  • Coordinate with Schneider Electric Services to provide design installation information and support, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Build a robust knowledge base in power, cooling, data center physical infrastructure, and DCIM for mission-critical facilities.

Benefits

  • For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $89,600.00 - $134, 400.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
  • The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
