About The Position

The Inside Sales Enablement Coach at Zebra Technologies is responsible for coaching and developing sales talent within the Regional Sales Hub. This role focuses on enhancing skills and driving performance against the assigned sales plan through effective learning and development strategies. The position requires a strong background in both learning and inside sales, with an emphasis on creating a coaching culture and utilizing various training methodologies to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, adult learning/education, or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in telesales, field sales, sales coaching, or sales management.
  • Ability to work 5 days onsite in the Chicago office.

  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for delivering programs both virtually and in person.
  • Ability to establish a strong presence with leaders across the organization.
  • Extensive experience in designing, managing, and facilitating development programs in multiple modalities.
  • Experience with a Learning Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the latest skill needs and connect employee capabilities with organizational requirements.
  • Consult with cross-functional stakeholder groups to assess and analyze learning and training needs.
  • Build, maintain, and direct resources to deliver a curriculum for employee development and coaching culture.
  • Lead the ongoing utilization and growth of the Learning Experience Platform to support employee development.
  • Design, develop, implement, and facilitate management and employee learning programs.
  • Adapt content development style and tone to fit various roles across the enterprise.
  • Analyze and utilize data to make recommendations for future learning initiatives.
  • Ensure overall learning integrity through monitoring, feedback, and analysis of key metrics.
