The Inside Sales Director will help grow the business by identifying new sales leads across all products and services, qualifying those leads, and successfully handing them off to the appropriate sales team member.

Requirements

  • 10+ years inside sales or business development industry experience
  • Job related experience using AI or GenAI required
  • Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service and strong sense of accountability
  • Outgoing personality and great networking skills
  • Experience using CRM (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Work well with minimal supervision
  • Maintain focus and productivity while obtaining goals
  • Experience contributing positively to key sales metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s in science, sales, or business preferred
  • Master’s or PhD in science, sales, or business a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective inside sales strategies to increase revenue across all products and services
  • Drive the generation of qualified leads through various channels, ensuring that prospects align with the company's ideal customer profile
  • Attend key conferences and tradeshows to identify and meet new prospective clients
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with company offerings
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast future sales, and implement improvements to sales processes
  • Other duties as assigned
