About The Position

As the Addison Inside Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Inside Sales Plumbing/PVF/HVAC/R team into a true strategic growth engine while also managing day-to-day operations. This highly visible role offers direct access to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence company-wide strategy. Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the commercial PVF industry are required. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial PVF industry.
  • Strong technical skills with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the inside sales function as a strategic driver of business growth.
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies in partnership with leadership and vendors.
  • Drive CRM adoption and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights.
  • Define and monitor performance expectations and KPIs to align with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the inside sales team, fostering accountability and cultural alignment.
  • Analyze data to drive business decisions, improve forecasting, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
  • Strengthen vendor and customer relationships, representing Porter Pipe at key industry and networking events.
  • Oversee team training, proposal development, and high-performance activities.
  • Partner with outside sales and purchasing to maximize profitability and win key accounts.
