The Inside Sales Development Representative at Polyconcept North America (PCNA) is responsible for driving growth within the PCNA+ segment by utilizing automated marketing triggers and strategic outreach based on customer behavior. This role focuses on direct customer engagement to enhance relationships, educate customers about product offerings, and facilitate the sales process by providing qualified leads to the inside sales team. The representative will not place orders but will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a positive and informative experience.

  • Cultivate and build relationships with leads, underpenetrated or inactive accounts to capture and maintain their interest in doing business with PCNA
  • Leverage Marketing Qualified Leads to proactively reach out to customers to engage, inform, and assist in communicating the benefits of PCNA
  • Educate customers on the PCNA website and train them on self-service tools including how to search for products, make virtual orders, and utilize knowledge centers
  • Educate customers on who PCNA is, including products, services, and how to place an order
  • Execute email outreach using campaign tools and make outbound calls to better understand lead profiles, key opportunities, and priorities
  • Offer samples or other incentives to maintain engagement and interest with leads
  • Facilitate lead transition to customer service or inside sales representatives with 'order ready' customers
  • Document a summary of the opportunity in CRM for effective handoff
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to craft customer-facing emails
  • Strong verbal communication skills both over the phone and via videoconferencing
  • High energy and enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Desire to learn new technology and modern sales tools
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
  • Experience with Highspot sales enablement tool is a plus
  • High School Equivalent or GED
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 5 years' experience in customer service, account management, business development, or related fields
  • Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus
