Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls from customers seeking product quotes, purchases, or inquiries.
• Assisting walk-in customers and handling sales calls.
• Producing quotations using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Coordinating order processing with Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and the Outside Sales team.
• Providing post-sale customer support and assisting Outside Sales Representatives with submittal information and order entry.
