The Inside Sales Coordinator functions will consist of working closely with outside sales and production to provide an exemplary customer experience throughout the gearbox renewal process by following quality management work instructions and procedures.

  • Provide customer service for order acceptance and order entry, including expediting, order changes/modifications, and order coordination.
  • Support outside sales by providing accurate lead times and keeping them informed throughout the renewal process.
  • Punctual and precise order entry.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing orders throughout all stages of the renewal process to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Update CRM software.
  • Communicate with purchasing to ensure material availability and follow up on past due items.
  • Create job packets for release to the shop floor.
  • Field sales calls as needed.
  • Process customer complaints and facilitate warranty claims.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering for technical support and warranty issues.
  • Comply with export compliance regulations and vet potential customers through global trade management software.
  • Support other inside sales coordinators as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to build positive and effective customer relationships.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years' experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, & Microsoft Suite preferred but not required.
