Inside Sales Coordinator - Everett, WA - AD Systems The Sales Operations Coordinator will drive sales through distribution of estimates to the market. This role will be responsible for working with customer in incoming customer requests and distributing estimates to the market. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

  • Answer inbound inquiries (emails, chats, phone calls and other requests for information) from customers and GCs and overflow from architects as needed.
  • Respond to CAD/Revit requests and copy necessary field sales resources.
  • Set up CRM opportunities and distribute quotes.
  • Submit sample requests.
  • Process new orders and add brand/credit applications.
  • Back up for customer service order entry.
  • Compile estimating and order reports.
  • High school diploma required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or other office coordination experience required.
  • A customer service-oriented attitude, with a strong sales and technical aptitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using a CRM tool.
  • Ability to prioritize, Multi-tasking, prioritization of workload and strong attention to detail is key.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices is preferred.
