About The Position

Air Lift Company is seeking a highly organized, analytically minded, and technically proficient Inside Sales Coordinator to support both internal service operations and external sales initiatives. This hybrid role blends customer service expertise, inside sales support, and data analysis, making it a critical connection point between Customer Service, Outside Sales Managers, Marketing, and Engineering. The ideal candidate comes with experience in the automotive aftermarket or performance parts industry, possesses strong Excel and CRM skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, communication, and cross‑team collaboration are essential. This individual should be comfortable both on the phone and behind the scenes, helping drive service efficiency, sales readiness, and strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, data analytics, or a hybrid role.
  • Strong technical aptitude, ideally with automotive aftermarket, performance parts, mechanical, or suspension knowledge.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, formatting).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SUGAR or similar).
  • Competent in, Outlook, ERP systems, and multi‑screen navigation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort with high‑volume phone work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting field sales teams or working in a sales‑support environment.
  • Exposure to data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with warranty processes, return procedures, or technical product support environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical product guidance to customers, installers, and dealers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with product selection, troubleshooting, and installation questions using a strong technical aptitude.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience with clear communication, professionalism, and call‑control skills.
  • Support inside sales functions including quoting, order entry, cross‑selling, and product recommendations.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on quotes, dealer inquiries, or promotional campaigns.
  • Assist Outside Sales Managers with territory needs, dealer follow‑ups, and pre‑call planning.
  • Analyze customer service and sales metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, CRM, or BI tools) to support territory performance tracking, customer segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop data-driven insights that support strategic planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and identify emerging needs or product issues.
