We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Midland, TX. Support the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology that will drive and improve the operations of the organization. Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, while working with management on special projects. Effectively manage project transition activities from planning group to and from operations groups.

Requirements

  • Works under minimal supervision while delivering project activities within established timelines
  • 2 years of experience working in a project support or planning environment and Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach
  • Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and presentation
  • The knack for fostering positive relationships and communicating at all organization levels
  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation with business systems and information technology teams
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
  • Excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.

  • Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

  • The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading.
  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage project transition activities from planning group to and from operations groups.
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
  • Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
  • Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs, position may include being on-call periodically
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Work in an unsupervised environment
  • Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
