As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Inside Sales Coordinator to strengthen our customer relationships and support key initiatives that drive business performance. This is an in-office role based out of our Fredericksburg, PA headquarters, where being on-site means collaborating daily with team members who are passionate about delivering excellence, building strong partnerships, and seeing the direct impact of their work. As a Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the sales team through detailed coordination, planning, and communication. Act as a junior account manager by supporting customer strategy, coordinating execution across departments, and helping account managers deliver an exceptional customer experience. From preparing customer data and supporting business reviews to managing promotional calendars and ensuring seamless execution across departments, your work will help us deliver exceptional service and drive customer success.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships by understanding customer needs and priorities
  • Support customer business performance through improved utilization, load optimization, promotional execution, and forecasting
  • Prepare data sets, reports, and account information for customer calls, meetings, and business reviews
  • Assist in business planning efforts related to seasonality, pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotional support
  • Coordinate with teams across marketing, sales, operations, scheduling, customer service, and warehousing to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Translate sales leadership direction and business strategy into actionable steps
  • Maintain and update promotional calendars in Smartsheet and the ERP system
  • Provide technical and administrative support to account managers and sales leadership
  • Follow up on and fulfill customer requests in partnership with the sales team
  • Support the intake and coordination of new business inquiries
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and Bell & Evans products
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer development, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional overnight travel required
  • Poultry, meat, or protein industry experience is a plus
