The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting inside sales efforts by qualifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation activities, and helping to drive strategic outreach initiatives. Works closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our pipeline remains active, organized, and aligned with our growth goals. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the company’s expansion in a regulated and rapidly evolving market.

  • Qualify new business leads and target accounts using CRM tools and online research.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Track and manage lead generation activities, follow-up communications, and sales outreach efforts.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials tailored to the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Support the coordination and execution of RFI and RFP responses during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Facilitate onsite client and vendor visits, including agenda planning, workspace setup, catering, and transportation logistics.
  • Handle sensitive client and company information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that support business development goals.
  • Provide occasional backup support to administrative staff as needed.
  • Assist with cross-functional initiatives or projects assigned by leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales or business development at the executive level.
