About The Position
Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in either Watertown, SD or Greenwood, AR. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Sales Manager, Therapy & Rehab on all sales process tasks including, but not limited to: Sales quoting, Shipping/freight quoting, Order placement, Order confirmation/follow up. You will call, email, and track customer leads; working closely with sales and marketing to identify and prequalify lead lists, refine lead strategy, build email workflows, with the end goal of lead conversion. Applicants should be highly organized, have excellent verbal and written skills, have high attention to detail and accuracy of work, and be energetic and pro-active in initiating outreach to support our business goals.
