The Opportunity: We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in our brand new Scottsdale office. As a foundational member of our new office, you'll play a critical role in establishing our presence in this new market, helping to shape our local culture and success. This is a unique opportunity to build your career with a fast-growing company, serving as a trusted advisor to small business owners and helping them navigate the complexities of accounting and tax planning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Driven by a desire to be a part of a new, growing team and contribute to building a company culture from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads and prospects.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with business owners via phone and video calls to understand their unique financial challenges.
  • Leverage your expertise to recommend and present our comprehensive accounting and tax solutions.
  • Educate clients on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build lasting trust.
  • Collaborate with your on-site team and leadership to achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of our new office.
