About The Position

Position Summary We are looking for individuals that are motivated, driven and results oriented. Our sales Consultants provide top notch customer service and excel in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Network and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and builders. Qualified candidates must feel comfortable prospecting as needed as well as reach out to daily leads in a timely manner. Project management ability, follow-up and basic analytical skills are a must. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market Great communication skills Proactiveness Go getter type of attitude Follow up with clients Lead generation Retail Showroom Project management experience Education & Experience 1 – 2 years of Sales or customer service experience. Industry experience is a plus – construction, tile or cabinet sales High school
