The Inside Sales Closer is responsible for converting inbound leads into booked and sold jobs. This role is focused on closing sales over the phone, building trust with customers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first call to scheduled service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales, call center sales, or service-based sales experience
• Proven track record of closing sales over the phone
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry preferred
• Plumbing systems, common repairs, and service options
• Tankless water heaters and boilers (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Convert incoming leads into booked service appointments and closed sales
• Educate customers on plumbing services, repair options, and value-based solutions
• Build rapport and trust with customers to confidently close sales
• Follow up on unsold estimates, missed opportunities, and pending jobs
• Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
• Accurately enter and manage customer data in CRM
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Handle objections and provide solutions that meet customer needs
