Renewal by Andersen (RbA) is seeking an Inside Sales Center Representative to join our team in Portland, OR. As the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and quality products. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. You will follow a prescribed script, overcome objections, and make meaningful connections with potential clients to ensure quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. You will serve as the main point of contact for inbound calls from homeowners seeking our services, providing professional and informative assistance. Outbound calls will be made from our internal database to potential customers, with a strict policy against cold calling. Your duties will include coordinating and scheduling appointments, navigating various software programs, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also receive real-time feedback from your supervisor to ensure customer service quality is met and will participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills. This position requires a strong ability to connect with people, as you will be responsible for making high-volume calls and booking meetings each day. The work schedule is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with shifts that include one weekend day. Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and while the base pay starts at $18 per hour, there are opportunities to earn bonuses and incentives, with current employees making up to $23 per hour. To succeed in this role, you must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, along with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment. Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, and verbal communication abilities are essential, as is proficiency with computers and CRM software. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with team members are also crucial for success in this position.
