You will ensure our calendar is filled with qualified appointments and that each appointment is confirmed within a set time frame. You will also work closely with our team of sales consultants, handling all incoming calls and inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
  • At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
  • Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team calendar, ensuring it remains consistently filled with qualified appointments while monitoring for any same-day appointments, confirmations, and cancellations.
  • Complete all appointment confirmations daily within the established time frame to maintain an accurate and reliable schedule.
  • Provide prompt support to sales consultants by quickly responding to any inquiries related to their scheduled appointments.
  • Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries.
  • Place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customers to generate additional leads.
  • Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately.
  • Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services.
  • Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
