About The Position

In this position, you will engage with customers by responding to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations. You will also process and coordinate orders, secure and renew orders, arrange delivery, and collaborate with our machine shop and other facilities to ensure timely manufacturing and expedition. Additionally, you will perform technical and sales support, providing assistance regarding product use, operation, and maintenance to customers and team members. You will take ownership of tasks by entering orders and quotes in a fast-paced environment, performing quote follow-ups/analyses, and seeing tasks through to completion with accountability. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical inclination or technical skills essential.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Team-oriented approach to achieving high performance and success.
  • Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • High school diploma required; college diploma or university degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers by responding to inbound sales calls.
