Evening Inside Sales Call Center Agent -Remote Aesthetic Industry Opportunity
About The Position
LightRx Medspa is a growing aesthetics company with locations across the country. We provide non-invasive medical aesthetic treatments designed to help our clients look and feel their best! We are looking to add another member to our Call Center Team! There's no Cold Calling in our company, just reaching out to those who have already submitted a request for information on our services! Our agents average between $22-32 per hour including their monthly bonus! Monthly Bonuses average about $1,000+! We do not cap bonuses, and provide you with the opportunity to build your bonus several different ways! This is a FULL TIME - REMOTE position, the hours for this shift are M-F 11:30am-8pm EST. We rotate Saturdays, and the hours for the Saturday shift are 9:00am-5:00pm EST. This is a Full Time position, 40 hours per week. Candidates are not required to be in the EST time zone. Full Training would be provided.
Requirements
- Our most successful Reps come from a wide variety of backgrounds but have a passion for helping people!
- They are comfortable with computers, scheduling appointments, and multitasking very well.
- Most of all they love a high energy environment that rewards hard work!

- Ability to build rapport on the phone
- Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
- Exceptional time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience working under sales quota
- Saturday availability - rotating
