About The Position

Our company engages in the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of metal building components and packages. With a trajectory of growth since 2002, we now boast a presence in over 8 locations across the southern region. An exciting opportunity awaits in our Chattanooga location. We are currently seeking a customer-focused Inside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Requirements
- One year experience in sales
- Background in construction/roofing related field
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
- Execute outbound calling strategies.
- Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.

- Potential salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year to start
