As an Inside Sales Associate for our solar company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing information on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable and renewable energy solutions. Increased base earnings through NABCEP accreditations and bonus programs to earn up to $100k. This role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules and events. Operating hours are 8 am - 7 pm Mon-Fri. Shifts are broken into 8-hour increments (8-5, 9-6, 10-7), with 9 am-2 pm rotating Saturday requirements.
