Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Associate you are responsible for generating revenue with new and existing clients, developing new business relationships with customers, reporting, and tracking of sales opportunities, achieving sales profitability targets, and assisting Account Managers with sales related functions. Activities include engaging with customers to provide proposals, learning and researching new products and market trends, and to improve customer satisfaction with all interactions. Inside Sales Associates report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, and work closely together in developing sales targets, and assisting the sales team.
