Maurice Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Onsite work required

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency.
Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.
Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.
Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.
Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.
Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
