About The Position

This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activity for a set group of dedicated accounts, working closely with outside sales representatives to support customer needs, drive growth, and ensure service excellence. In addition to understanding and executing customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or beyond.
• 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, and CRM Knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of customer success or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of fluid power systems.
• Fluid power systems training/certifications.
• Knowledge of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry.

Responsibilities

• Quote and order processing.
• Direct customer communication – inbound and outbound.
• Monitor ordering for on-time delivery based on agreed customer expectations.
• Partnership with Sales Team to ensure long term account planning activities.
• Assisting with submittal packages
• Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating as necessary.
