About The Position

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert at our Tampa branch, helping customers, supporting Territory Managers, and keeping sales moving. This role is all about building relationships, solving problems, and creating great customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems (we use Prophet 21 / P21)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to pitch in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior phone-based or inside sales experience a plus
• Knowledge of duct fabrication and the HVAC industry is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing
• Handle customer sales via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Conduct weekly outbound calls to existing customers
• Provide expertise on our product lines and help set up new accounts
• Monitor customer trends and share insights with the branch and sales team
• Communicate inventory needs to the Branch Manager and Replenishment team
• Partner with Item Maintenance for new product setups
• Assist with credit inquiries and customer-specific requirements
