About the Role The Role: Inside Sales Associate (Austin, TX) Orchard is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our Central Austin team. As the first point of contact for homeowners, you are the "face" of Orchard. Your mission is simple: transform inbound interest into qualified appointments for our Licensed Real Estate Agents. This is a high-velocity, office-first role perfect for someone with 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience who wants to master the art of the "close" in a tech-forward environment. This is a full-time role that must be based in Austin, TX. We are offering the following two shifts: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm-9:00 pm CST (in office 4 days a week M-TH in central Austin) Saturday - Tuesday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm CST (in office on Monday and Tuesday)
