Job Summary As an Inside Sales Associate at BOXABL, you are the frontline engine of our sales pipeline — the first voice a prospect hears and the force that drives our entire sales operation. Operating out of our high-tech Las Vegas facility, you will master high-volume lead qualification, engaging 80–120+ prospects daily via inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to identify those ready to join the housing revolution. You will build the foundational skills and product expertise required to advance into our Senior Home Advisor (Closer) role. We are looking for competitive, coachable, high-energy professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to earn a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and stock grants while solving the national housing crisis. Compensation & Total Rewards Competitive Base Pay: $19.00 per hour base salary, providing a stable foundation as you build your pipeline. Performance-Driven OTE: On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $45,000 to $65,000+ in your first year, with no cap on your potential. High-Volume Commission: Earn 0.1% of the gross deal value for every conversion, with average commissions ranging from $125 to $250+ per deal. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and ask smart qualifying questions
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle a high volume of leads
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, phone systems, email sequences, and scheduling tools

- Passion for innovation in housing, prefab, or real estate is a plus
Responsibilities
- Make 80-120+ outbound calls to engage interested prospects and convert them to qualified leads for our Senior Home Advisor team.
- Qualify leads using standardized frameworks (land ownership, budget, timeline, location, motivation)
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation on all conversations
- Take inbound calls, qualifying and converting them to appointments
- Support appointment conversion through SMS, email, tickets, and inbound calls
- Help Senior Home Advisors in rescheduling no-show appointments
- Assist the front desk staff as needed to ensure full coverage
