About The Position

The Inside Sales Associate position at Express Employment Professionals involves providing client service and support related to energy programs. Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Waukegan, IL 60085 (preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Waukegan, IL 60085 before starting work (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide client with energy program information.
• Interview client on available services, utility rights and responsibilities, energy conservation and program requirements.
• Counsel client on availability and suitability of energy programs after examining client income and utility histories.
• Provide client with copies of all available energy-related brochures and printed materials.
• Enter data into State computer system.
• Maintain all records necessary for the implementation of this program in an orderly and easily retrievable manner.
