About The Position

Aqua-Tots Swim School is a leader in infant and child swim instruction, dedicated to building confidence and safety in and around water. Our mission is to save lives by teaching children how to become safe and confident swimmers through high-quality instruction and exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) is the first point of contact for families interested in enrolling their children in swim lessons. This fully remote position is responsible for answering inbound calls, educating families on Aqua-Tots programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with prior inside sales experience who thrives in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Two years of prior B2B Sales and/or Inside Sales Associate (ISA) experience required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into enrollments or appointments
  • Comfortable learning and using proprietary software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or inbound sales
  • Background in education, child-focused services, or fitness industries
  • Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
  • Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from prospective and existing families in a professional, friendly, and informative manner
  • Educate families on Aqua-Tots programs, class levels, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures
  • Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled lessons and active enrollments
  • Accurately enter and manage customer information within Aqua-Tots’ proprietary system
  • Complete required training on Aqua-Tots’ systems, sales processes, and brand standards
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective families to support enrollment decisions
  • Meet or exceed enrollment and conversion goals
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards while working remotely
  • Communicate effectively with management and front desk teams to ensure seamless onboarding
