An Inside Sales Associate III job at our Simi Valley, CA location is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing support to Milgard. You will provide support to Dealers acting as a single point of contact for assigned territory and partnering with Outside Sales to provide a prompt solution to Customer and Dealer concerns and challenges. The compensation range is $26.78 - $29.46 an hour. The position requires a shift time of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation's largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country.

  • Providing an accurate and timely response to customer inquiries through various channels of communication
  • Partnering with Outside Sales to provide a prompt solution to Customer and Dealer concerns and complaints
  • Act as the technical expert for Milgard products by utilizing CAD drawings and available resources
  • Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with the Order Specialist, Production personnel, Credit and Delivery
  • Make outbound calls to targeted customers within assigned territory with a focus on customer relations
  • Will be given a targeted key in responsibility
  • Process and review Dealer orders and requests received in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Process the account Credits and Return Merchandise Authorizations
  • Provide system generated acknowledgements to all orders as released
  • Incorporates Milgard's visions and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the Milgard philosophy
  • Communicates with and treats all departments, company personnel and customers with courtesy, integrity, respect and professionalism
  • Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures
  • Create and execute KPI objectives, meeting KPI commitments and working within the guidelines of our Quality Pillars; reflects MITER Core Values and Quality Pillars.
  • Minimum of two to three years' experience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • 6 months to 1-year experience in the Order Specialist position
  • Previous window sales and/or customer service preferred
