You will be assigned your own book of existing customer accounts and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with ADI. JOB DUTIES: Drive business growth by closing sales Identify possible improvement opportunities Understand products, systems, and procedures Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis Maintain Existing Customers Manage Sales Cycle Provide Excellent Customer Support Raise Escalations Work with Larger Sales Organizations Providing support to other duties as assigned WE VALUE Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining high business ethical standards
