Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Building materials, window, or door industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage new and existing customers to generate leads, quote products, and close sales
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries with accurate, timely product and pricing information
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Process orders, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems
  • Partner closely with outside sales representatives to support territory growth
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
